It’s the second segment of 5 of the 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover.  Turns out its pretty difficult to think of 10 new ways at a time, let alone 50.  But I will do my best.  A couple of these ones have actually crossed my own mind in relationships past, although they were never successfully executed by me.  But surely someone, somewhere…”The problem is all inside your head, she said to me.  The answer is easy if you take it logically. There are those universal examples of beauty that everyone loves, there are the cute, the pretty, the girl-next-door, the sporty, the quirky, and the hot.  Most of the time, men and women agree on what’s appealing to the eye, but sometimes I believe the men just get it wrong.  Before the men out there begin dismissing this list as a girl being jealous of hot girls, my boyfriend can attest that there are plenty of beautiful girls out there that float my boat.  But there are just a handful of celebrity females that have most men drooling and leave most women asking, seriously?

We all know the song – or maybe not.  I only learned of the 1975 Paul Simon hit about six years ago as I was in the midst of leaving my then “lover”.  It seemed every time I got into my car the song was playing on the radio.  It’s a fun song that encourages some thought on the abundance of ways to end relationships.  So,  “just slip out the back, Jack, make a new plan, Stan, you don’t need to be coy, Roy – Just get yourself free”… It’s the first ten of 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover.

5 Childhood Foods that are Even Better as an Adult

Cheap, quick, easy to prepare, and most importantly, liked by children.  Whether it was lack of time, money, or culinary skills, parents had many reasons to serve such child friendly dishes as those on my list.  I’m sure many have been left out, but these are my favorites and ones that I not only prepare for my children, but enjoy eating even more today than I did when I was a kid.  This list is bound to leave you longing for unhealthy childhood cuisine!
